Originally, this was going to be a simple design for some shallow peridot, but I'm a big fan of it for those smaller chrome pryope garnets (earrings!). It's nice and simple, very quick to cut and can be scaled for shallow rough. For zircons, scale P2 to 37*. Works in materials from quartz to rutile (RI = 1.54 - 2.62) with no changes. Suggested size = 4-6 mm
