I came up with this crown concept way back in 2012, but rebuilt the entire pavilion in 2014. It functions much, MUCH better now that it has some decent depth to it. I'm very much a fan of the sun motif on the crown around the table, as it's very Tucson-esque. Works in materials from quartz to rutile (RI = 1.54 - 2.62) with no changes, and since it's so tall it should do well in paler materials.
