Suite: Tessellation Party! by Arya Akhavan (October 2012)

This is (almost) the simplest possible crown that can be cut from the F patterns. It's simple, incredibly fast to cut, and has a decently interesting reflection pattern. This seems like it would be great in earrings as a matched pair. Can be cut in any material from feldspar to rutile (RI = 1.52 - 2.62) with no changes. Suggested size = 5-8 mm
